Assistance

Your password is equal to the last six characters of the chassis number (VIN) of your car. 

The VIN number is item E on the registration document of your car.

After logging in:

1. Please follow the procedure for setting a unique access password.
   
   
2. Please update your contact details - mobile phone number.
   
   
3. Once you have confirmed your contact details, you can check the location of the service centre holding the tyres for your car.
   
   
4. Please confirm this centre from the list.
   
   
5. If this service centre is not convenient, then you can select a more convenient service centre by choosing one from the list of Business Lease partner centres. Please note that you may only change the service centre to one located in another city.
   
   
6. Should the tyres for your car be located in the Business Lease Central Warehouse, please select a convenient service centre from the list provided. Your tyres will be transferred to the selected location within a few days (generally 4 to 5 working days). 
   
   
7. After making all your selections, you can book a tyre replacement date online by clicking the MAKE A VISIT button (the tyres must be in the service centre).
